Ms. Frasier is the former Director of Acquisition and Logistics Management and Head of Contract Activity for the National Institutes of Health (NIH).
Ms. Frasier oversaw NIH’s acquisition, property, supply, and transportation programs. She initiated the design, development, and implementation of the NIH Contractor Performance System – one of the first systems to collect and retrieve contractor past performance information.

He assists NG senior leadership by coordinating and facilitating employment of NGB C4/IT/IM capabilities in support of Homeland Defense/Defense Support of Civil Authorities (HD/DSCA) mission requirements.

Ms. Collins is the Chief Information Officer (CIO) of the Administration for Children and Families (ACF). She plays a crucial role in leading and modernizing IT initiatives to support the agency's mission to promote the economic and social well-being of families, children, individuals, and communities. Previously, Robin served as the Executive Director of the ASFR Response Coordination and Data Integration team (ARC), where she provided leadership and critical thinking in integrating financial data and analysis in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Her prior experience includes serving as the acting HHS Deputy Chief Information Officer for Enterprise Services in the Office of the Chief Information Officer. In this role, Robin was recognized as a driving force in managing a comprehensive IT policy and governance portfolio, leading critical initiatives, and maintaining the organization's day-to-day business operations.

Ms. Nancy Norton is an acquisition professional with over 24 years of experience. She began her federal career in the Army Acquisition intern program at Fort Monmouth New Jersey where she supported weapon system contracts and multibillion-dollar services contracts. In 2006. Mrs. Norton moved to the Centers and Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in Atlanta GA where she worked across many CDC programs as a Team Leader, Branch Chief, and eventually the Deputy Director in the CDC Office of Acquisition Services (OAS).
