Effective 7/1/24, there are 4 new additions to the Step 2 - First Step Compliance Transmittal Checklist for Alabama lenders. Please include these documents, as required, in all First Step - Step 2 Compliance packages sent as of today.

• Copy of the signed Recapture Application Disclosure
  
• Copy of the signed Borrower Affidavit
  
• Copy of the signed Seller Certification Affidavit
  
• Copy of the completed and executed VA Exemption Certification and DD214, DD4 or Certificate of Eligibility (Veterans only)
  

The revised Step 2 checklist is linked above but may also be found in the Program Documents section as well as the PDF Forms section of Lender Online.
