The ND Multi-Tier System of Supports (NDMTSS) team is excited to share the NDMTSS Roadmap and Registration Information for the 2022-23 school year! As interest has increased, yet again, across the state, we have set a first PRIORITY REGISTRATION DEADLINE of SEPTEMBER 1, 2022, to assist us with managing the numbers & logistics for the upcoming training.

Since 2014, more than 200 schools/100 districts across ND have engaged in NDMTSS training in an effort to learn systemic approaches to continuously improve their school systems.

When we talk about a multi-tiered system of support – we mean EVERYTHING that you are doing to support your students – from academics to behaviors, to social-emotional well-being!

School commitments are secured by clicking on the training name in the NDMTSS Roadmap and completing the attached Memorandum of Understanding for the appropriate training – and sending to our NDMTSS staff as indicated.
We will continue to accept applications for all trainings until full, however, all applications received by the priority deadline will be considered first, and rolling registration after that, up to a week prior to the start date of each of the trainings.

Technical Adequacy Tool for Evaluation and Behavior Interventions to Support all Tiers

TATE training is intended for educators who are responsible for implementing FBA/BIPs or who are supervising educators who implement FBA/BIPs.

Behavior Interventions to Support All Tiers is ideal for educators responsible for implementing FBA/BIPs, lead teachers, special educators, and educators who provide behavioral consultation to teachers.

Fall/Spring Foundations of Reading Cohorts

Fall: Sept. 12, Oct. 3, Nov. 7

Spring: Jan. 9, Feb. 6, March 27

This three-part learning series is designed to provide educators with the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to address a variety of students' needs in reading.

Training is aimed at K-5 educators and does align with the ND Science of Reading to meet the requirements of House Bill 1388 (15.1-21-12.1).
