Stationary Asteroids explores the incredible world of asteroids and minor bodies that are standing still at the births of celebrities, and in the event charts that make big news. Examples include Bill Clinton and Donald Trump, Diana, Princess of Wales, 2023 Oscar winners, Rosa Parks, J.K. Rowling, and mass shooting events in Parkland, Florida, Las Vegas, and Louisville, Kentucky.

Asteroids representing the names, places, mythic resonances, and circumstances of these biographies and stories will be examined, with a view to seeing just how much data can be gleaned from simply looking at what is stationing at the time.

Alex Miller is a professional writer and astrologer, author of The Black Hole Book, a guide to astrological interpretation of Deep Space anomalies. Alex has always worked on the cutting edge of astrology, and has been researching asteroids extensively since 2005, chronicling their effects in the birth chart and current events.

A former president of Philadelphia Astrological Society and a former member of the Philadelphia NCGR Board, Alex’s work has appeared in Daykeeper Journal, NCGR eNews, and a host of astrological publications and websites. www.alexasteroidastrology.com contains profiles of more than seventy Mythic-Named Asteroids and hundreds of articles detailing their effects.
