New Castle County Scholarship now open, three weeks left to apply!
New Castle County Executive Matt Meyer has announced the opening of the New Castle County Scholarship program for applications. Applications are due by Thursday, March 24th. County sports leagues open for registration now
New Castle County's Spring sports leagues are open for registration now! Men's and Co-Rec Soccer, Flag Football, Volleyball and Softball are all accepting teams for leagues playing throughout the week across New Castle County's various parks. New Castle County Executive Matt Meyer signed a proclamation on Tuesday declaring February 28th "Rare Disease Day" in New Castle County, as part of a global effort to bring attention to those afflicted by rare diseases and the need for greater study and funding to bring about cures. Ribbon cut on new Red Cross of Delmarva Blood Center
New Castle County Executive Matt Meyer joined state and local officials to cut the ribbon on the new American Red Cross of Delmarva Blood Center in Wilmington on Wednesday morning.
