November 4, 2021 Rhode Island Pediatric Cancer and Palliative Care Summit

Once again CRGC is happy to provide registrars with alternative educational options such as the upcoming summit sponsored by the Partnership to Reduce Cancer in Rhode Island. (PRCRI)

The summit, which is titled "A Decade of Promise for Pediatric Cancer and Palliative Care: Survivorship in 2021," will be held on Thursday, November 4, 2021. This summit will be both in person and virtual. Please note that the times on the agenda are Eastern.

The 2021 Cancer Summit will focus on the relevance of pediatric cancers and palliative care across the lifespan. PRCRI's goal is to highlight pediatric cancer and the difficulties patients face in childhood and into adulthood, and teach attendees the importance of palliative care for cancer patients at any age.

The Rhode Island Cancer Registry has applied and received recognition from NCRA to offer 3 CE's for all cancer registry workers in attendance. Please see the information in the link below and register for the event! When registering, select the Cancer Registrar CEUs (free!).
