Visually Edited Data Items for 2021 Data Changes & Updates to 2021 Volume
The California Cancer Registry (CCR) has prepared and posted the list of 2021 Visually Edited Data Items for 2021 Data Changes to the CCR website.
In preparing the Visually Edited list above, the CCR found inconsistencies in the requirement status of a few SSDIs. The modifications are to Volume I, Appendix R and Volume II, Appendix A are noted below.
- The following SSDIs were updated from 2018+ CoC Facilities ONLY to 2018-2020 CoC Facilities ONLY
- HER2 IHC Summary
- HER2 ISH Dual Probe Copy Number
- HER2 ISH Dual Probe Ration
- HER2 ISH Single Probe Copy Number
- HER2 ISH Summary
- The following SSDIs were updated from 2018+ to 2018-2020
- HIV Status
- Removed the first to bullets in Coding Instructions for coding XX.8 and XX.9 because edits have been implemented rendering the instruction no longer valid.
- HER2 IHC Summary from DX Year 2018-2021 to DX Year 2018-2020.
- HIV Status from Required, Site Specific for DX Year 2018 forward to Site Specific DX Years 2018-2020.
