Ale Ortega-Botello is a native of Santa Barbara, raised on the coast of California Ale has been in the banking field for
the past thirty three years and is currently Vice President, Relationship Manager at Community West Bank. In her role of banker, Ale has held sales and management positions with focus on the business acumen in the local banking community, Ale has worked for various banking institution in Santa Barbara in an executive capacity. Ale owns her own mobile notary business
and serves SB County as a bilingual mobile notary.
Hallie Avolio is the President & Founder of Sassy Healthy Fit, a lifestyle brand that empowers In Demand Women to prioritize themselves and unlock their sassy side without guilt. Hallie is a huge believer in the power of positivity, affirmations and taking action that is simple, sustainable and fun. Tobey Ann Terry is a multi-passionate Beauty Industry Leader for the last 25 years as a Santa Barbara salon owner, hairstylist and CEO of Naked Soul Beauty; a luxury organic skin & hair care line. In addition to being President of Achieve Beauty Business Building Academy, Tobey has pivoted to helping women entrepreneurs who struggle with using live video and interviews to show up looking vibrant and confident so they can attract their ideal client’s attention. Live Camera Confidence has been a game changer in her business because she is fulfilling a need for so many women to take their business to the next level.
With a Jewish mother and an Italian father, Melissa Petitto was raised around an eclectic collection of food in the unlikely city of Birmingham, Al. With two seemingly diverse cultures that center life around the kitchen, Petitto gained an early appreciation for food and its impact on a person’s life. Then while still in high school, Petitto apprenticed with world-renowned chef Frank Stitt at Highlands Bar and Grill, and she was smitten with a new and familiar passion for cooking and for food. Whether cooking dinner for an individual client or a dinner party for 25, Chef Melissa Petitto, R.D. exudes the passion she feels for nutritious food and its role in a family’s life.
Claudia Cordova Rucker is the award winning author of the soon to be released book beyond ordinary business book and founder of the award-winning beauty oasis Aqua nail bar and Estetica Mia-a Jurlique wellbeing spa. Claudia’s purpose is to create a kinder and compassionate world by creating kind humanized work cultures.In 2013, 2017 and 2018 she was recognized by the California Senate for her excellence in leadership and contributions to her community’s economic growth. She has a B.A. in International Business Management from Franklin University Lugano, Switzerland. When not sharing her expertise on how to create peaceful and collaborative work environments you can find her relaxing at home in Santa Barbara, CA. with her husband Mark Rucker and their two fur babies Luna Bean and Dixie Pop.
Heather Bond is an international adventure and body guide. As a professional athlete, she has explored the world and various cultures, and the human body and mind. Heather’s passion for guiding women to live a life full of purpose has only grown stronger throughout the years & sees a need to get individuals to reconnect with their full potential and their surroundings; knows the power that is found in connection and nature.
Petra received her Masters degree in psychology at the University of Hamburg/Germany. She is mindful eating and self-care expert with over two decades in counseling and health promotion experience. Her passion is to help her clients be at peace with food and their body, and to practice good emotional self care.
