XPX Uniform & Spirit Wear Collection

XPX will once again be collecting “graduated” and out-grown GENTLY WORN uniforms. These items will be available in August for purchase at the annual SAINTS SHOP Back-to-School Sale! All proceeds from this sale will directly benefit the XPX programs, which support the students, staff and teachers at Xavier. When you clean out those closets, please bring ANY UNIFORM APPROVED items (polos, sweaters, quarter-zips, pants) to the main office. Gentle used spirit wear will be accepted too. All items must be without stains or tears. Thank you for your support!

Parent Donations Needed

XPX will hold an end of the school year luncheon for all teachers and staff on Friday, May 24th, 2024. Please see the following link if you would like to help donate items to the event. All donations can be dropped off on the cart outside of the main office on Friday, May 24th from 7:30-10am. If you have any questions, please contact Kelly Schmit at 329-3906 or kschmipt@gmail.com. Saints Shop hours for May may vary from our regular schedule, due to end of year activities. You can call ahead to confirm we are open before making the trip.

2024-25 XHS Families: Application Deadline is TODAY (May 12) for Scholarship Opportunities

Thanks to multiple generous financial donations, the Xavier Foundation is able to offer two scholarship opportunities for students who wish to attend Xavier High School: Mikayla Sherman (X15) Scholarship & Jim Victor (R64) Memorial Scholarship.

Baccalaureate Mass

Our Baccalaureate Mass to honor the seniors will be on Wednesday, May 15 at 7:00 pm in the Ron Thillen Gym at Xavier. This Mass is attended by graduates, their parents, and the faculty. After the Mass, all are invited to attend the reception afterwards!

Immunization Records

Immunization records will be sent home with seniors from the school nurse on the day of graduation practice, Friday May 17th.



Vocations Mass

We will celebrate our Vocations Mass on May 17 at 7:00 am in the Monsignor Sodawasser Chapel. We invite all alumni living out religious vocations and all FOCUS missionaries, along with their families, to celebrate Mass with us! There will be a reception for alumni and their families afterwards. Please RSVP to mike.goldsmith@xaviersaints.org. If you cannot attend, the Mass will be live streamed at XavierSaints.org/Live. 

Sport Physicals Offered

Family Physicians of Cedar Rapids is once again offering Sports physicals this summer for all students. 

• Dates: July 9 - August 16
• Cost $45 (will not be submitted to insurance) cash, check or credit card accepted. A donation of $5.00 per physical will be made to Xavier Athletic Department.

Boys Golf Parent/Player Meeting

There will be a Boys Golf Parent/Player informational meeting for all those boys planning on playing golf this fall for Xavier on Wednesday, May 22nd, at 6:00pm in the Xavier Library.
