Blood Drive ~ 4/2

Xavier will be hosting a blood drive through Mississippi Valley Regional Blood Center on Tuesday, April 2nd from 8am to noon in the gym balcony. To sign up click Here or contact kris.naeve@xaviersaints.org for more information. It's Busing Reimbursement Time!

If you live in the Cedar Rapids Community School District, please return the completed form to the Xavier main office by Monday, April 29th.

If you live in College Community, Linn Mar Community, Marion Independent or any other district, the form must be mailed directly to that district's business office. They must receive it by May 1st.

If you live in a school district that is not listed you will need to contact that school district’s business or transportation department to obtain the form and address to mail it to.

Junior & Senior Parents: Post Prom

Prom will be here before we know it (May 4th) and we need your help to make this a night to remember! We are so excited about this year‘s event and are still looking for monetary donations to make this post prom an entertaining, safe and memorable event for our students. 

This year we will be accepting donations three ways:

3. If you would like to make your monetary donation tax deductible, we suggest writing a check to Xavier High School and returning it to the main office in an envelope marked with “Post Prom”.

Construction Apprenticeship Fair

Mrs. Joens will be taking students to a construction apprenticeship fair on April 11th sponsored by Building/Construction Trades Council from 9:00-1:30. Students will learn about 12 different trades. Lunch and transportation will be provided. Please email Mrs. Joens to register.

Kairos 51

Please pray for all junior retreatants, senior and adult leaders going on Kairos 51 this weekend!

Grandparent Mass

Grandparent Mass will be held at Xavier High School on Wednesday, April 10 at 9:50 AM. All are welcome to attend.

Quest Retreat

Quest is a two day Catholic retreat for freshman and sophomore students in Cedar Rapids and the surrounding area! The date is April 27-28 Deadline to register April 19, 2024. Cost is $40.

Color Guard Auditions

Color Guard Auditions for the 24-25 school year will be held on Tuesday, April 16th and Thursday, April 18th from 5:30-7:00 PM @ Xavier HS in the Practice gym.

Clinics will be held on Saturday, April 13th from 12:30-3:00 PM in the Regis Middle School Gym and on Tuesday, April 16th from 4:00-5:30 PM in the Xavier Practice gym. 

YOU MUST ATTEND ONE OR BOTH OF THE CLINICS BEFORE THE AUDITION!
