“Your body hears everything your mind says.” — Naomi Judd

National Wellness Month, observed every August, is a time to focus on self-care, stress management, and building healthy routines. It’s an opportunity for all of us to prioritize our physical, mental, and emotional well-being. As part of this initiative, we want to emphasize the importance of mental health, with NAMI playing a crucial role in supporting this vital aspect of wellness.

This month encourages us to focus on our own wellness while actively supporting those around us. By coming together and lifting each other up, we can create a stronger, more compassionate community where everyone has the chance to thrive!

Macy's Back to School Campaign

Join us in supporting youth mental health! NAMI has teamed up with @Macys to make a difference. Now through September 14th, Macy’s will match all donations made on macys.com only to NAMI and @JedFoundation. Let's create a brighter future for young adults across America!
