Grain Management Portfolio Company to Acquire Enhanced Telecommunications CorporationGreat Plains Communications (GPC), a Midwestern telecommunications provider with a privately-owned 11,500-plus mile fiber network touching 11 states, announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Enhanced Telecommunications Corporation (ETC), a Southeastern Indiana-based provider. ETC has five storefronts and provides voice, video, high-speed internet, and other communications services to more than 14,000 residential and business customers. The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of 2020, following customary regulatory approvals. Financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed. |

Carrick Capital Partners Acquires Flatiron SchoolCarrick Capital Partners has acquired 100% of the equity in Flatiron School from WeWork. Flatiron, a "boot camp" style technical training provider that offers programs in software engineering, data science, UX/UI design and cybersecurity. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Based in New York City, Flatiron School has graduated thousands of students since its founding in 2012. |

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Serving customers since 1963, Weaver Lumber offers lumber, hardware, cabinets, redwood, cedar fencing, decking, windows, doors, insulation, siding, and more. American Construction is backed by Angeles Equity Partners and Clearlake Capital Group. |
