Our next membership meeting will be held at the NABOR Event Center at noon on Thursday, October 3rd.

Did You Know
that if a listing has been withdrawn or expired from your brokerage for less than 30 days and is re-listed or renewed with your brokerage it must be re-activated and NOT entered as a new listing?
To re-activate go to the Input tab, type in the MLS # in the Quick Modify box, click Edit and then click Change to Active, confirm or extend the expiration date, and click Submit.
SECTION 1.5 WITHDRAWAL OF LISTING PRIOR TO EXPIRATION
Any listing that is withdrawn prior to the expiration date, as authorized by the seller, but is then re-listed by the seller with
the same listing broker within thirty days (30) days of the withdrawal, may not be entered in the multiple listing service as
a new listing. The listing broker must edit the original listing to show it as current, or back on the market.
SECTION 1.10 EXPIRATION, EXTENSION, AND RENEWAL OF LISTINGS
Any listing that expires, but is then extended or renewed by the seller, with the same listing broker within thirty days (30)
days after the expiration, may not be entered in the multiple listing service as a new listing. Listings that are extended or
renewed after thirty (30) days must be entered in the MLS database in the same manner as new listings. Extensions and
renewals of listings must be signed by the seller(s) and filed with the service within three (3) business days, if requested.

NABOR: Age 62, 25 years as a member (or 30 non-consecutive years), currently licensed and has previously served on the Board of Directors or been named REALTOR® of the Year.
ARA: Age 65, 25 years as a member (or 30 non-consecutive years), currently licensed, has made significant contribution to the Arkansas REALTORS® Association and has been recommended for ARA Life Membership by their local board.

2019 MEMBERSHIP MEETING DATES
October 3 - November 14
Buffet opens at 11:30 am, meeting starts at noon
One lucky REALTOR® will win $1,000 in cash to be given away by random drawing at our banquet in December. To qualify for the drawing, you must attend nine of the eleven monthly meetings in 2019 and attend the banquet. Be sure to sign in at the registration table each month so that we can track your attendance!
In addition, the Northwest Arkansas Board of REALTORS® is giving away $100 in cash at each board luncheon meeting this year. You must attend the meeting and be signed in to win. If the winner is not present, the prize will rollover to the following month.
