DEADLINE TO ENTER IS THURSDAY, JULY 25!

What makes a house a home? A pet! The Northwest Arkansas Board of REALTORS® proudly announces the 2019 Loyal Companion Pet Photo Contest.    Now is the time to proudly show off your pet with the chance to win some great prizes as well as support an important cause! All proceeds from the fundraiser will go directly to the Arkansas REALTORS® Political Action Committee (ARPAC), which advocates for the real estate industry.  To enter, first make an investment of $25 to (ARPAC). Once you complete your investment the confirmation page will provide a link to submit your pet’s photo. It’s that easy! The winner will receive canvas painting of their pet and a Petco gift card.     The contest ends July 25 but don’t put it off, enter today . Pictures will be judged by members in attendance at the NABOR luncheon held August 1 and the winner will compete at the Arkansas REALTORS® Annual Convention in Memphis. Contest Rules

Click that link to automatically authorize the eKEY app.

As we analyze the login security of our system through Clareity Single Sign-On, we are seeing strong evidence that virtual assistants are not utilizing their own login credentials, but are using those of the agent they work for. If you have a virtual assistant DO NOT SHARE YOUR LOGIN CREDENTIALS WITH THEM . This is a serious violation of our rules & regulations; a violation that can result in a fine of up to $2,500. All you have to do is complete the dues waiver application found at this link and they will get a username and password of their own. Then review this document with tips on how to set up the "shared" environment so that you can fully utilize your virtual assistant without violating our rules & regulations.

2019 MEMBERSHIP MEETING DATES August 1 - September 5 - October 3 - November 14 Buffet opens at 11:30 am, meeting starts at noon One lucky REALTOR® will win $1,000 in cash to be given away by random drawing at our banquet in December. To qualify for the drawing, you must attend nine of the eleven monthly meetings in 2019 and attend the banquet. Be sure to sign in at the registration table each month so that we can track your attendance! Agent view reports contain confidential information that should never be shared publicly and to do so, in fact, is a violation of our MLS Rules & Regulations.
