Our next membership meeting will be held at the NABOR Event Center at noon on Thursday, February 7th. Our speaker will be Rita Driver, a certified referral trainer. Our speaker for February is sponsored by The Chandra Beach Team at Cornerstone Home Lending.

1) Please review the reports linked below and determine where you have been ranked.

2) If you agree with your ranking, please  click this link , complete and email the claim form to awards@nwarealtors.org on or before February 15th.

3) If you do not agree with your ranking, please use the  Listing Change Request form to request changes to the data. You may be asked to provide additional documentation. All change requests must be received on or before February 15th.

4) If you anticipate receiving an award for your 2018 production, please send your updated head shot to  dhancock@nwadg.com  for inclusion in the event program.

About the Event
The committee has chosen to make some changes to this event for 2019. We’re excited to share that our event will be held on April 6 at Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art. 

We wanted to make the event more social and networking friendly so there will not be a formal dinner. Waitstaff will pass heavy hors d’oeuvres and there will be a cash bar. We will not call our recipients to walk across the stage but will display the awards so that recipients can pick them up at their convenience. There will be onscreen recognition of our attendee recipients. Dress for the event is business attire. 

Ticket prices have been reduced and free tickets eliminated. Tickets for award recipients, their guests and sponsors are $25 each. Tickets for affiliate members who are not sponsors are $60. Tickets to the event will go on sale on February 15th. Ticket sales will close on March 15th and no tickets will be sold at the door. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. 

Award recipients who purchase a ticket to the event will receive a framed award certificate. Award recipients who do not wish to attend the event, can request a printed certificate by visiting nwarealtors.org/nwarra

One lucky REALTOR® will win $1,000 in cash to be given away by random drawing at our banquet in December. To qualify for the drawing, you must attend nine of the eleven monthly meetings in 2018 and attend the banquet. Be sure to sign in at the registration table each month so that we can track your attendance!

In addition, the Northwest Arkansas Board of REALTORS® is giving away $100 in cash at each board luncheon meeting this year. You must attend the meeting and be signed in to win. If the winner is not present, the prize will rollover to the following month.
Did You Know?
No one likes to get violation notices, so we're going to devote this space to helping you avoid them. In this issue we will talk about Late Listing Input. The majority of violations reported by Listing Data Checker in Matrix are Late Listing Input violations.
Listings are required to be entered in the MLS "within three (3) business days after all necessary signatures of seller(s) have been obtained" . If the listing is entered later than three (3) business days after the execution date, then the reason for delay must be submitted to the office of the multiple listing service within three business days of the listing contract date, using the Sellers Authorization to Withhold. 
Listing contract date in our rules references the beginning of the listing period as stated in the Exclusive Right-to-Sell (Residential) form. Execution date is the date the signatures of the seller(s) were obtained.
