CODE OF ETHICS

IN-PERSON or VIA ZOOM

Since 2001, the National Association of REALTORS® (“NAR”) has required all REALTORS® to complete a Code of Ethics ("COE") training, at least once during each given period, in order to retain their membership. The current period's training deadline is December 31, 2024. From January - November, NABOR® will be offering the COE training once a month, some will be held via ZOOM and others will be held in-person.

The National Association of REALTORS® and its affiliated institutes, societies, and councils provide a wide-ranging menu of programs and services that assist members in increasing skills, productivity, and knowledge. Designations and certifications acknowledging experience and expertise in various real estate sectors are awarded by each affiliated group upon completion of required courses. In addition, NAR offers several certification programs to its members.

iCE VIRTUAL CAMPUS COURSES

Florida Realtors iCE courses are offered for CE credit using live simulcast technology. Students take the course at their local associations and participate virtually with students in associations around the state. iCE virtual classes are also listed in the Florida Realtors Education Calendar
