The 2024 ACT- SO NEW ORLEANS STORY!

For the 2023-2024 school year, 210 of our youth in the Greater New Orleans area and beyond registered to participate in our local scholarship competition on April 20 2024, in one or more of the 33 ACT-SO competition categories. Categories include: Performing Arts, Visual Arts, STEM, Humanities, Spoken and Written Word, and Hospitality and Culinary Arts. On competition day, 125 students showed up to share their stellar talents throughout the day. Because students participated in multiple categories, 160 competitive events took place.
