Mystery of the White Lion Benefit Kailua-Kona

Kona's Fundraising event for the White Lions, Africa's most sacred animal.

Join us on Sunday, March 8th for a very special evening with Linda Tucker, Keeper of the White Lions, for an intimate sharing of her life story with the White Lion in the wild, currently being made into a spellbinding motion picture.

Following a mystical experience where she was saved by a female Shaman from an highly dangerous encounter with lions, Linda Tucker devoted her life to return the White Lions to the wild. Aside from doing incredible work for the conservation of lions, white and golden, who are in deep crisis in Africa, the White Lion Trust supports local schools in one of the most impoverished parts of South Africa and educates youth about conservation values. The extremely rare and critically endangered white lion has been recognized by indigenous elders as a sacred animal who carries a high spiritual essence. In contrast, their rarity is now being exploited by the hunting industry in America and Africa who commercialize the trophy hunting sport of these animals for a hefty price legally. Linda Tucker has answered an unexpected calling to save and conserve these unique beings on the brink of extinction all the while facing severe threats.

Your participation will support the conservation of the White Lions in their endemic habitat.

The presentation on the mythical and rare White Lions - The Shamanic and Spiritual connection between Humans and the Lions - is followed by inspirational Poetry and Music featuring:
