Action Needed

MyGreenHedges is Green Hedges School's Learning Management System (LMS) through Blackbaud Services. Through MyGreenHedges, you may access your child(ren)'s homeroom pages, the School calendar, progress reports, and the School Parent Directory. Please familiarize yourself with the log-in procedures below to check your profile and complete the Communication and Health Form on MyGreenHedges by September 5.

If you have issues logging in, please contact IT Director Carl Hutzler at help@greenhedges.org.

Log-In Instructions:

  1. Go to: http://greenhedges.myschoolapp.com
  2. Enter the email address that the parent provided for school communications and click "NEXT"
  3. On the next screen where it asks for a password, click “Forgot Password” and the system will send a reset password email
  • Note - Returning parents who remember their password from last year may enter it instead of doing a reset.

At the very top of your screen, you will see a message that there is "1 Form(s) to Review." Please click on that box and then click "Review." It is very important that you complete the tabs on the form and submit the form by September 5.

Once the form is complete, please click on "Profile" under your name in the top right-hand corner to ensure that your information is correct. You may edit any of the fields using the edit feature in each box.

It is important that you check your information so that we have the most up-to-date contact information for our Emergency Alert System. Please take a moment to check the following:

EMAIL ADDRESS: Check to make sure this is the email you would like to use for GHS communications and that it is spelled correctly.

WIRELESS PHONE: Your cell phone will be used to send text messages for emergency school closings and weather notifications.

HOME ADDRESS: Please update your home address if necessary.

As a reminder, if you have any questions or issues, please contact IT Director Carl Hutzler at help@greenhedges.org.
