New Notification Available - Scheduled Payment Reminder
Customers are now able to get notified whenever a payment is scheduled, helping them to stay on top of paying their bill.
- Customers can set up Scheduled Payment Reminder notifications on the Alerts page
- Customers will receive a notification the day the payment is scheduled with information about the scheduled payment
- Notifications are sent for one-time scheduled payments and scheduled auto pay payments managed by MyAccount (not ACH payments managed by NorthStar)
- Customers can opt to receive Scheduled Payment Reminder notifications via email or text message
As with all notifications, the content of the email, SMS text message, and push notification is customizable for the Scheduled Payment Reminder notification.
