Billing alerts are available to help customers pay bills on time
Customers can opt for more than paperless billing (New Bill Notifications) through MyAccount!
Additional billing notifications can help customers stay on top of their bill due date:
- Due Date Reminder - sent out one week prior to the due date, it reminds customers that the bill is due
- Past Due Reminder - sent out four days after the due date has passed if the account has an unpaid balance

Easily set up on the Alerts page, customers can opt for any billing notification by email, text message (or both), and alerts can be sent to multiple email addresses or phone numbers
Bill notification emails and text messages can be customized to include amount due and other helpful content--if you'd like more information on how to do that, contact Beth Carlson
