Would you or your coworkers benefit from some MyAccount refresher training? What if that training could be offered in-person and closer to your utility? We're proposing to hit the road this summer to provide you with an opportunity to learn more about MyAccount and how you can help your customers benefit as users.
Two proposed training session options:

MyAccount Refresher 101 - for new staff or experienced staff that could benefit from reviewing the basic functionality of MyAccount to support customers

MyAccount Refresher Advanced - for staff that has a good understanding of MyAccount but would like to learn more about features and functionality that can help them as admin users
Both sessions would be held on one day, separated by lunch; participants would be welcome to join for one or both. Both sessions would also include a review of communications materials available to help you promote the benefits of MyAccount to your customers, along with time for idea sharing.
