Hello Everyone:
No matter what is happening in this country, everyone should be manifesting greatness into their lives right now.
I felt I had to update this article on April 1, 2020 and then get on with the business of living my life.
But first I wanted to provide you with even more factual news since everyone was home with nowhere to go for at least another month.
I am just hoping that this is not the FIRST WAVE of this #NewEarth, but remember nothing is going to happen overnight, so you do need to put provisions in place to educate, inform and empower the people you love.
As most of you know I am a #VanDweller, who is 'Teaching From the Road' at www.YouTube.com/SimpleLifeRVing  (Subscribe Today), an Empowerment and Motivational Speaker, Natural and Holistic Healer, Non-GMO Health Expert, Researcher, Gardening Coach, Syndicated Columnist, Freelance Writer at www.CathyHarrisInternational.com, and Former Federal Whistleblower with the U.S. Customs Service (now called "Customs and Border Protection") that exposed the inhumane treatment of African  American women as they returned back into this country.
For years I witnessed these women given abusive pat-downs and humiliating, demeaning and unwarranted strip-searches so I went to Congress, the Senate and the media and blew the whistle in 1998 (www.TheCathyHarrisStory.com).
 Because of my whistleblowing, new laws were put on the books to protect international travelers especially black women. However, I been retired for over 15 years so many people need to read my books to find out how to fight back:
After reading this article many of you are going  to think I am an Angel sent from heaven for breaking this down and many others will think that I have totally went bunkers and completely lost my mind.
 Remember there is a reason that I named my company,
www.AngelsPress.com. We all know that angels are there to help people not just cope when they are in pain, but they help us see that there is indeed light at the end of the tunnel so read this article with an opened mind.
Well lots have been happening....I left Phoenix  and made it out to California, (#BucketList), however, I had to change my plans and find a place to shelter-in-place.
I am currently in a safe location with plenty of food and water in the store, so I am not too worried about running out of supplies right now. My goal was to go to a place where I could grow foods or have access to foods, so for now I have access to foods.
I would have enjoyed growing foods somewhere, but don't forget because I had gotten sick on the road, I wasn't able to get anyone to help install my 2 Max Air Deluxe Fans, so therefore, my van is like living in a tin can or it will be soon when it gets hot.
However, the place I am at does have shade and shelter from the sun, so again, I should be okay. Originally, my goal was to go up in higher elevation especially to areas like Nevada, Oregon or even Washington State, until I was in a position to get some help with my permanent van build. But for now my #TemporaryVanBuild is working out okay.
Recession
There are many agendas taking place right now. One agenda is probably a #Recession. I do believe we  are in a full-fledged recession, where they are trying to put a digital currency in place, maybe, according to many independent news outlets and videos.
Taking on the Deep State aka "Shadow Government"/Corona #Coverup
Another BIG AGENDA is that we are at WAR!!! Most people know there is a #DeepState Government or aka "Shadow Government" that actually run this country. If you look at this video, it seems that Donald Trump is forcing the deep state to surface.
Unlike other presidents, Trump used his own money to get elected so if Hillary had won, the deep state would have continued to stay in place.
Supposedly, there are a group of 200 generals also called #WhiteHats by some, who has chosen to take on the deep state. They first came together during 911 but have been strategically planning this takeover especially for the last two years.
There have been over 600 arrests made so far in regards to 'Crimes Against Humanity' such as sex and human trafficking,
corruption and worldwide pedophilia, treason, murder, rape,
etc. and who knows what else.
This deep state does not operate with governors or mayors or even many Democrat or Republican politicians. So of course, I don't condemn all politicians, but the federal reserve large banks are definitely team players.
Supposedly, people are being arrested for participating in crimes that affect every aspect of society. This include Hollywood entertainers, NBA and NFL athletes and staff, politicians, pastors, banking CEOs, corporate heads, school officials, coaches and educators.
Some of your doctors, lawyers, judges, college professors, school teachers, police officers and chiefs, firemen, business owners, airport workers, pilots, bankers, priests, and everyday people are involved.
All the CEOs that stepped down from their  positions over the last few months including Google.com and Bill Gates from Microsoft, who stepped down a while back, supposedly, knew about child pedophilia and child trafficking or they were actually participating in it and might just be on a list to be arrested.
 I even heard the #MeTooMovement was nothing but a cover up because of all the child molestion that was coming out in Hollyweird. They had to shift attention off the children.
We knew the #MeTooMovement was powerful with grave consequences, but no one believed that Harvey Weinstein would be punished.
But supposedly, he originally got 55 years but has been singing like a songbird (diming on everyone) and only got 23 years because of that.
He is naming names and there is a good  chance that even Oprah was also arrested.
Madonna, Ellen, and many others are under arrest (on house arrest) or will be soon. I am sure many of them will strike up deals like Harvey Weinstein and stay out of jail.
They are saying they have the corona virus so they can account for their disappearance during their arrests. And don't believe the number of corona cases.
Also, the Queen supposedly knew about Prince Andrew involvement with Sex Trafficking so eventually her palace will be turned into a museum. Is this why Prince Harry and his new wife left there?
I did not pay attention to the
Jeff Espstein story but supposedly his suicide was faked so he could escape to some island. He was heavily involved in sex and human trafficking and this is also another reason Hillary Clinton emails keep coming up. Supposedly, the emails also talk about sex and human trafficking.
Even Lou Dobbs, a media person, said his co-workers and associates hyped up the numbers.
Remember the goal is to
scare people
to stay in their homes out of the way so these arrests could be made or maybe so 5G can be installed -- so these numbers aren't correct.
Stop being afraid --

. What we need out of all of this is a
#BraveMovement
.
They don't want people in large gatherings in case there are retaliations from the deep state -- which could happen. That is why schools were closed down so there wouldn't be any school shootings.
Also, this is why they had to close down airlines so the military are free to travel back and forth as they made arrests. They also need to keep the roads clear so truckers can deliver water and foods to grocery stores. Hopefully, they don't get sick.
The Corona virus is supposedly being used to cover up all these massive arrests. This is why they are saying Italy has had a lot of corona cases because they have invaded over 80 Vaticans and even the Pope is being
investigated for sex crimes.
Notice when he took over, he did not punish any of these priests for
'crimes against children'. Many were just moved to other locations.
This is also why places like New York and California has had tons of corona cases because many of the child pedophiles live there. Under the disguise of the corona virus -- many are on house arrests and the National Guard is guarding them so don't fear the National Guard.
Areas like New York and California have prison ships circling their habors, but you are not supposed to see that because you are supposed to stay in your home.
Remember the National Guard are also here for
humanitarian purposes also - to help feed people who can't come out of their homes to get food, especially the elderly
Who Gave Away America's Women and Children
I am just hoping they tackle all this sex and human trafficking (and of course #OrganHarvesting) in this country especially the fact that American women and children can't go into stores by themselves -- especially Walmart, Target, Malls, Movies, or just walking on the side of the road -- when men from other countries are parked in the back of these stores in the evening in vans or big black cars to kidnap them. Start paying attention!!!
Tons of people, especially women and teens, have gone missing from these places.
Many women have reported being followed home. Remember they are scouting you out for sex and human trafficking (or organ harvesting) and can easily grab you or your children on another day when you are not paying attention -- so pay attention. Never allow your kids to walk home from school by themselves. It is a new day!
Women on jobs can't go to the park for a walk during lunch without having to run away from men in white vans and women delivering the mail (Postal Workers) have had to run from men in possible kidnapping situations.
Also, Uber and Lyft drivers are abducting women -- attempting to take them into warehouses and women have had to literally jump out of moving vehicles to get away. Stop riding in both.
I hope they get all of them including black men and women who got involved because they said it was #EasyMoney. I say take them all down!
Corona Virus aka Covid19
NEWSFLASH
...everyone who went out and started using Lysol, Clorox Wipes, Clorox and other
toxic products, did nothing but weaken their immune systems.
These are full of
#HeavyMetals and this virus might be...or maybe can cause some type of
heavy metal poisoning so you just put all this poison in your body.
Throw it away now!!! All of it. All those air fresheners in your homes, anything that smells -- also contain heavy metals. Heavy metals are the number one issue in this country causing people to be sick.

I saw so many people online
self-diagnosing
themselves with corona. Supposedly, it is not worse than the flu or pneumonia.
Let this be a lesson to folks who always run to the doctor for every little ache and pain. When I first became a holistic and natural healer, I learned that
75% of people
are suffering from
#ImagineryIllnesses
.
They just want a
doctor (white coat) to tell them they are okay. Instead they need to get involved in holistic and natural healing, these holistic centers are located in every city.
I spoke to a guy yesterday with a 33-year old daughter in Austin, TX, who is a nurse, who have been put in a position to make life and death decisions.
She is having to decide who get ventilators. Because of a shortage of ventilators, they are only giving them to young people. The old people in hospitals are not surviving without the ventilators.
So stay out of the hospitals and try to work on your ownself. There is no certainty you will make it by going to a hospital.
Remember also this is
allergy season so you might be stopped up or can't breathe. Also if you eat
#MucusProducing processed foods or an
inflammatory diet then chances are -- you will not be able to breathe properly.
Mucus-producing foods include:
- dairy
- eggs
- chocolate
- fried foods
I have always believed that many people diagnosed with asthma, acid reflex, COPD and other breathing diseases (dis-ease) are simply eating a
mucus-producing inflammatory
diet. Change your diet and change your life.
Every major disease contain inflammation so if you already had issues, then you are definitely more at risk. Others just need to
boost their immune systems with a good, clean diet, good water, daily supplements, exercise regularly, get plenty of rest and engage in regular detoxifications.
Too many people have said they had flu-like symptoms since November 2019 -- up until now. So I believe they have been spraying something in the air since November 2019 --- (not just #Chemtrails) so this is what people are feeling now.
I actually had it in January - I believe. At 63 it was the worse I ever felt since 2008. I had a cough that I could not shake...it was the worse cough I ever had in my entire life.
I had diarrhea, flu-like symptoms and a fever with fluids that kept trying to get into my lungs and cause pneumonia.
I kept stopping it with bayer aspirin, tons of water and with antihistamines to dry it up, but eventually had to go to the doctor and get 3 days of antibodies.
Supposedly, the people who are coming down sick are the people with a weak or compromised immune systems, especially the
 elderly so now is the time for you to boost your own immune system as you rise up to put provisions in place to not only save yourself and your family, but your entire community. #GrowFoods.
911 - September 11, 2001
Last time the entire world was afraid was during 911 when they, aka "The Government" were able to introduce and pass the Patriot Act - where they were able to throw out the 1st amendment and 4th amendment.
The First Amendment protects several basic freedoms in the United States including freedom of religion, freedom of speech, freedom of the press, the right to assemble, and the right to petition the government.
The Fourth Amendment is the right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
They were able to come in people's homes and even plant electronic devices there.
Under the
Act
, warrants can be issued for both intelligence and criminal investigations.
In short, the
Patriot Act
allows criminal surveillance of U.S. citizens without the heightened showing of probable cause that is required for a criminal search warrant under the Constitution.
So, who knows if this time they won't try to slip in Mandatory Vaccination Laws or the Microchip Program - but I don't think so. We just have to wait and see. But I don't think this is what this is.
I believe the National Guards are here to protect us. They are holding these criminals in their homes on house arrests. This is what I believe. However, do not take any tests or especially any type of vaccine because the disease supposedly, is in the vaccine and maybe even in the tests. #RememberTuskegee.
GMOs/Depopulation
If this drags on for months then it can certainly be a  depopulation issue,
especially if people don't stay off highways and allow truckers to deliver foods and if truckers come down sick.
If h
ospitals consider universal do-not-resuscitate orders for coronavirus patients then people will be afraid to go to hospitals and get help and many will just die.
 They are trying to open back up by Easter, but is now saying ANOTHER 30 DAYS, supposedly, but many fearmongers and even an official in Los Angeles (#Hollyweird) said it might be two more months so who knows.
There will be tons of mad Christians if they can't go to church on Easter. This shows you many of the arrests have been made - probably.
Again, don't believe the statistics in the media. They are labeling every sickness and death #Corona so again, don't believe the numbers.
People are probably dying from GMOs (aka "Processed Foods"), which has been out there since the late 80s, but the last few years, it got much, much worse and became "airborne".
Over 75% of U.S. crops are owned by ONE COMPANY "Bayer" (old name "Monsanto") and they own 90% of all the seed companies in the U.S..
Because biotech scientists made the seeds in a lab that grew this toxic food, they were able to put pesticides and herbicides directly into the seeds, which is a heavy metal (aka a neurotoxin) that turns off the brain and nervous system.
So there is no way to avoid eating heavy metals if you eat #ProcessedFoods (foods that have been altered from its original state - foods that you buy in a packet, bag, can, jar, etc.).
 Instead try to eat whole, fresh, raw, organic foods. Foods that will have a quick transition out of the human body. You should be having two to three EASY bowel movements everyday.
This is why many people have been suffering from brain issues after eating GMOs aka "Processed Foods". Many have mental health issues, schizophrenia, depression, bipolar, autism, Alzheimers, Parkinson, Multiple Sclerosis (MS), etc.
Others have constipation (going 1, 2 or even 3 weeks without a bowel movement), antibiotic resistant diseases, toxins, immune problems, nutritional deficiencies, digestive issues, food allergies, organ damage, reproductive disorders and birth defects (kids born with smaller brains and low birth weight), miscarriages, infertility or lower sperm counts, cancer, diabetes, blindness, obesity, accelerated aging - just to name a few.
As a GMO Speaker and Educator for 13 years, we knew about now people will be dying in large numbers if they continued to eat processed foods, which has
NO NUTRITIONAL VALUE
.

 I believe many who say they have the corona virus are actually suffering from the
long-term effects of eating GMOs so no one is in a position to fight what is happening. GMOs has knocked the fight out of people over the years and turned them into
#Zombies and this was all by design.
GMO Organ Damage/
#OrganHarvesting
When I was first trained by the Institute for Responsible Technology, (subscribe today) as a GMO Educator,
we knew it was going to get bad for everyone in this
country, especially children, who has the weakest and an undeveloped immune system.
And I do believe because GMOs causes #OrganDamage, this is why organ harvesting has become a BIG ISSUE in this country. People with money are willing to pay over $500,000.00 for an organ and according to this female doctor whistleblower, your doctor is a 'body snatcher'.
The whistleblower said Emergency Rooms (ERs) (probably these small health clinics too) are nothing but #OrganHarvestingCentral and if you get into car accidents, especially children, it is the EASIEST WAY to kill people off.
They can also kill you off if you come in there with sinus or stomach issues. They have to kill off so many people every so often to make money for hospitals.
She said doctors have the ability to put you in a coma, so you should never agree to take a family member off life support -- no matter what they say even after car accidents. They are simply trying to keep the body warm for organ harvesting.
When children/students live out of state and end up deceased, do a second autopsy, because chances are they were killed for their organs.
She also said when they take your blood for a physical, the purple tops are for organ harvesting cross-matching. Last time I had my physical, they took 9 vials of blood from me and yes two of them did have the purple tops.
So I was cross-matched for organ harvesting, which means I went into a computer to see who needed my organs.
Now that medical records are in computers/databases, they know everything about you including what you are allergic too.
Autism
 Don't forget that by 2032 -- every other male child especially black males or 80% of children will be diagnosed with the Autism Spectrum - a disease that affects mostly male children. We are seeing the results of this now since many kids today have been diagnosed with autism.
This is because:
-A pregnant mother's refusal to eat good, clean, organic foods.
-Feeding children GMOs.
-Mandatory vaccination laws throughout this country. These laws have already been passed in several states. Every state need to form groups such as "Texans For Vaccine Choice".
This is a powerful group in Texas that has been able to keep pro-vaccine politicians out of office. Let's do this nationwide.

Another Possible Agenda - 5G Making You Sick
Many people are saying there is a
5G agenda
and this is why our children needed to be out of school for the installment. Also if you stay inside, you will have a lower impact because of how houses are made. Just some info to chew on -- 'food for thought'.
It is also why your phone and internet have had issues lately, especially mine - T-mobile, but is 5G making us all sick?
5G is here to stay. It is not going anywhere.
In June 2019, T-Mobile customers started getting access to 5G but only in select cities. In December of 2019, the carrier launched its nationwide 5G network, covering more than 5,000 cities and towns across the U.S..
This is the future. They want #DriverlessCars and other Artificial Intellgience (AI) devices in the future. Everyone will get everything and do everything much faster, but is it at the expense of the health of people? Do your own research on google.com and youtube.com.
Grow Foods
 If you totally run out of water, truck stops still have canned foods and water. After a couple of weeks of eating this Hurricane or Tornado foods, also called "Processed Foods," your body is going to start to react to it and you will eventually come down with a sickness.
You can't just stay inside...get out walk,  exercise and grow your own foods. Right now we need to think logically. None of us don't have any idea how long it will take to round out these criminals or when the economy will recover.
 It might be a month or 6 months or even a year. Remember our economy and country is being torn down and rebuilt again and this is not going to happen overnight.
Therefore, we need to create a food chain for ourselves, our family and our entire community. Right now, is not the time to be selfish. It's the time to come together and do what you can for others also. Get with your family, friends and neighbors to see who will do what.

Grow Foods:
- Turn your home into a learning center. Leave the TV and other mobile gadgets on goggle.com and youtube.com on gardening shows. This is the PERFECT OPPORTUNITY for women especially to learn how to prepare foods naturally and to teach their family especially their children this too. Youtube is full of videos to show you how to do this. Learn how to grow foods. Don't wait to go to homedepot.com, lowes.com and
 natural gardening centers to buy seed packets - in case they run out of seeds. Again, this might last for 6 months or more.
- If you have to move then move somewhere where you can grow foods with family, friends or a neighbor.
- If you have a big yard or land, rent out part of it so someone can grow foods there. This way you will be guaranteed a fresh supply of foods.
- Get a roommate. If you have to stay where
 you are - then think about getting a roommate or two, especially someone that can help you grow foods. Even think about turning your home into a communal house, where you allow other families to move in and grow foods and educate the community on their health, business, minimalism, etc.
 Remember many of these jobs aren't coming back so think about becoming a Farmer, Gardening Coach or Consultant after all this. Check out my organic food movement at:

GOVERNMENT STIMULUS CHECK
So here's what's up:
1.
To Tenants: If the government says you don't have to pay your rent and there's a ban on evictions, you bette
r do whatever you can to pay your rent. There will be major repercussions when evictions bans are lifted. Don't think you'll get a free ride out of this. PAY YOUR RENT! Your landlord has bills to pay too.
2. To Homeowners: If the government tells banks to stop mortgage payments, DO WHATEVER YOU CAN TO PAY YOUR MORTGAGE!. Some lenders are saying you don't have to pay for 3 months but on the 4th month, all four payments are due in full. Do not take a chance and not pay. Major foreclosures will come from all this. The banks didn't help homeowners in 2008-09 and in 2020, it's still the same. Pay your mortgage.
3. If the utility company suspends payments, you.better. PAY. ANY. AMOUNT. YOU . CAN! They are like banks, they will want their money eventually and when all this clears up, you'll owe an exuberant bill and still won't have any utilities. Pay whatever you can.
4. If you get a government stimulus check, this check is to help pay your bills. That means you pay your rent, your mortgage, your utilities, your insurance, your car payment, y.o.u.r. b.i.l.l.s. This is not for frivolous spending.
5. The real problem is, many who will get the stimulus check....you won't pay your bills then be crying and wailing saying
"They evicted me. They cut off my power, they repossessed my car..."
All while you're broke and carrying that empty purse you bought with your stimulus check.
