Welcome to the first issue of the Mulvane Community News!

This email newsletter will be sent out monthly to all subscribers and community members looking to stay in the know. Each month, you'll find a list of events happening in Mulvane, as well as links to important websites and special information from our community organizations.

I'm Brittany Kruger, Executive Director of the Mulvane Chamber of Commerce and I wanted to create a community resource that our residents could subscribe to and help ensure they don't miss out on things happening in Mulvane. I hope you'll bear with me as we get this resource up and running... I'm sure I've missed a few things in this first newsletter, but my goal is to create a resource that will continue to grow and improve with each passing month.

Mulvane Optimists

Fall Steak Feast

Saturday, Sept. 30 at 6 PM

The Mulvane Optimist Club hosts two annual steak feasts, one in the spring and the other in the fall. The Steak Feast is held at the Mulvane Rodeo Arena (325 S. Boxelder Ave.). 

Cost of tickets is $40 in advance and $45 at the gate, with attendees requested to bring platters, silverware and a cup. The event is open to diners 12 and older, with beer offered to those 21 and older. The event is held rain or shine and steaks must be picked up the night of the feast.

Sip N' Shop

at Wyldewood Cellars!

Join us at the beautiful Winery in Mulvane this fall & winter season for fun-filled Sip N' Shop events! Hosted by the Winery, these events are perfect for those who love shopping while enjoying great wine in a picturesque setting.

Admission is completely free.

Mulvane Education Foundation Dinner & Auction

The Silent Auction/Dinner is the Mulvane Education Foundation’s single largest fundraising event, held each October at the Kansas Star. The Kansas Star donates the facilities for the event, and provides the dinner and drinks. The Silent Auction & Dinner begins at 5 PM and is completed by 9 PM. The 2024 Annual Dinner/Silent Auction will be held on Saturday, October 14, 2024. You may purchase tickets online for the Dinner/Auction with your debit/credit card. You may also contact any Mulvane Education Foundation board member to purchase your ticket(s).
