ALL marketing materials are required for submission and review by Cigna Healthcare prior to HPMS submission per Medicare Communications & Marketing Guidelines. (Materials that mention plan benefits, benefits structure, premiums, cost sharing, Stars, rankings, plan comparisons, rewards, and incentives.)

Educational/communication materials are NOT required for submission and review. (Example: Post enrollment communications, vaccine reminders, etc.)
Submission Confirmation – Once your review request has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email for your records.
Follow-Up Communications – Reply directly to your confirmation email with any questions.
Training – Our interactive micro-learning module allows submitters 24/7 access to submission training via a computer, mobile device, or tablet. Whether you are on the go or at the office, this training provides recorded videos, snippets, and detailed content. We will also provide real-time training updates for the most up-to-date learning experience.
