We've been distributing more MANNA Mountain Cards this quarter, and wanted to give y'all an update! These cards have a barcode which allows intake volunteers to easily scan and pull up their neighbors. If you are receiving these cards at your pantry, you can still use them even if you don't distribute them or have a scanner!


You can use the 6 digit code located under the barcode to search in the search bar. Be sure to select the "Alt ID" drop down instead of "Name", and your neighbor will pop up in the search.

Monthly Focus - Neighbor to Neighbor Delivery Intake

We've heard your feedback that you need a way to check neighbors in who are homebound, or have another neighbor picking up for them.


To help with this issue we've created the "Neighbor to Neighbor (N2N) Delivery Intake" process which creates a clear path for neighbors to get signed up.


Intake forms are loaded into an envelope which goes home to the neighbor in their food box. They can then complete and return to their delivering neighbor, or call into the pantry and be onboarded that way.

Feeding America Feature Updates & Fixes

General Updates


  • For some agencies, the platform determined neighbors as ineligible for TEFAP with a $0 income. This bug is now resolved. 
  • TEFAP Phone is still marked as required - please use the "No Phone" option if you are not collecting phone numbers for your pantry until this is resolved.


Current Bugs in Process of being fixed:

  • TEFAP household ages are not showing up and making additional household members show as children.
