Mount Union Earns National Recognition from Colleges of Distinction

Mount Union is no stranger to receiving national recognition, having received rankings from The Princeton Review, Forbes, College Factual and U.S. News and World Report, among others. The University can add another feather to its cap with its recent listing as one of the nations' "Colleges of Distinction."  Special recognition was earned for the academic programs in business, engineering, education and nursing.
 
The annual process of selecting the nation's Colleges of Distinction requires that institutions adhere to the "four distinctions" - engaged students, great teaching, a vibrant community and successful outcomes. This process also includes a review of each institution's freshman experience, general education program, strategic plan, alumni success, satisfaction measures and more.
