Thoughts from Brian!

There is no market moving news or events happening this week. Rates will continue to stay around current levels until the next FED meeting on March the 20th. The markets have lost all hope of a FED rate cut in March which is why we have seen mortgage rates tick up over the last few weeks. I am locking each loan as it comes in. If rates happen to move lower, by .25% or more, I can re-lock the rate, so my clients are getting the best rate that the market currently has to offer.

Below are Market Rates for a Purchase Transaction, as of: 2-20-24.

Interest Rates do vary depending on: Property Type, Occupancy Type, Credit Score and Down Payment, other factors may apply. Please review and let me know if you have any question. Please feel free to share with everyone you know as well, thank you!
