In Ambler, we moved at the end of last year into a light filled space that's double in size. It's quieter, more comfortable to socially distance with ample parking to serve you better.

In Center City, we completely renovated the space which is now expanded to 2 private roller table rooms and we added two spacious massage treatment rooms so we can accommodate your schedule with ease.

The Chiropractic treatment room has moved to the a light-filled windowfront of the building, and we have added a beautiful new table that has a lumbar spinal decompression feature in the form of flexion/distraction which is a highly sought after modality. This exceptional feature is a great benefit for those of you with tight low backs, herniated discs or sciatica.

With fresh paint everywhere and professional cleaners, we are confident you will feel supported in your wellness journey every time you join us.

NEW MASSAGE OFFERINGS

CBD INFUSED MASSAGE - A CBD massage can introduce hydration, promote mild heat, and reduce friction on the skin. CBD can reduce pain and inflammation and help with anxiety. (Both locations)

THAI MASSAGE - Thai massage is always performed clothed, on a mat, or on the massage table Recipients are guided through a series of yoga-like stretches, as well as a combination of abdominal work, breath cues, deep tissue massage, and application of pressure to specific points on the body, (Ambler location only)

EXPANDED CHIROPRACTIC

FLEXION DISTRACTION - Flexion Distraction is a type of spinal decompression for the lumbo-pelvic region. Basically, it's great for low back pain, herniated discs, sciatica and back spasms. We have a new, very comfortable Chiropractic table in the Philly office that has flexion/distraction built in. (Both Ambler & Philly locations)

GRASTON - With Graston technique, a smooth stainless steel tool is used to help break up scar tissue or muscle “knots,” which increases range of motion of joints, helps facilitate and quicken the healing process, and reduces pain. (w/ Dr. Pauling in Philly office).

Pricing Adjustments:

Our Philly office has had the same pricing since we opened 9 years ago. We are adjusting to the times and raising the prices just a bit. It will be $55 for Chiropractic and $95 for massage therapy. This will go into effect in November 1st, so you can still get packages at the old rates for another 6 weeks. Packages will reflect the new rates.

Our new massage rates for Ambler will also go up by just $5 to $85 for a 60 minute deep tissue massage.

CBD PRODUCTS

JUST CBD products - Our Philly office now carries a wide array of CBD products from the company JUST CBD. They are farmed in Oregon, organic and each batch is laboratory tested. We have tinctures, gummies, creams, lotions, bath bombs and more.

CBD can reduce pain and inflammation and help with anxiety, headaches and sleep.

Unlimited Yoga and Mindfulness
