This property is an existing property that will feature a total of 27 senior (55+) one-bedroom apartments for income-qualified households. A random selection will be held for all preliminary applications received on or before 1:00 PM, March 5th, 2024. Subsequent to the deadline, applicants will be processed on a "first come, first served" basis, as long as the waiting list remains open.
