More Life to Live Dementia Guide

Issue 7 | January 31, 2024

Hi Patrick,

Sometimes our closest relationships can pay the price when we become stressed or exhausted. It is easy to feel like retreating, but how do we find the space to be compassionate and present with others and ourselves? In this issue, Dr. Steve Hoover shares some of his professional expertise and helps guide us toward using our minds for self-healing and well-being. Download his guide, Mindful Presence: Compassionate Care for Self and Others. Dr. Hoover has been involved with D-CAN since the beginning and is now the Healthy Aging Coordinator at Central Minnesota Council on Aging in Sartell.
