NEW! Montrose Newcomers and Neighbors
The purpose of Newcomers & Neighbors is to help you learn more about your hometown and the area and to meet other newcomers and neighbors! Neighbors are former newcomers who enjoy the meetings and getting acquainted with new people.
Meetings: First Wed monthly – September through May. Guest speaker from 10 – 11:30 am

Field Trips - Third Wednesday monthly to areas of interest – 10 am followed by lunch.

New Horizons Band of Montrose
This program provides an entry point to making music for 50+ adults with NO prior music experience, as well as those who were once active in a school music program. Participants must provide their own instrument and supplies. Assistance will be provided to help find an appropriate quality instrument. Questions: Email nhbandmontrose@gmail.com

Pickin’ in the Park – Paonia
Enjoy performances by: Carsie Blanton, Jackson Emmer and Woodnote. There are food booths and a libation tent which features exclusively local beer and wine.

We will learn about this common to exotic pet shop that supplies all your small animal and reptile needs. Geyser Systems manufactures a hot portable shower that uses less than one gallon of water and is ready in as few as 5 minutes!

Local Walk plus Dinner in Montrose
Socialize and meet new friends while taking a leisurely stroll around different areas in Montrose (2mi or less). We will have dinner either before or after the walk (depending on temperature). If the walk isn’t for you, you can just meet us for dinner!

Tai Chi uses slow, controlled movements, weight transference, mental resistance & quietness of mind to bring ease to the body. This is a Sun Style based Tai Chi class which incorporates Qi Gong. Novice to advanced are welcome.

Stronger Senior’s Core Fitness Chair Exercise

Moving with Mike
