Do you have a P+G Portal???
Do you have a P+G portal? If you do are you using it to its fullest potential? Our online portals allow you to view and sign your tax returns, view past years returns, and securely send information to us. They can also act as an online file cabinet for you. You can store financial documents you receive through out the year and know that they are secure.

All communications between our firm and the user are encrypted using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL). This is the same functionality used by banks and popular e-commerce services for secure communication. We also store your files encrypted when they are at rest on our servers, adding an additional layer of security. To protect against data loss, our servers are equipped with technology that automatically mirrors all data in real-time to two separate locations. Regular incremental and full backups of all system data are performed, including off-site data backups stored in two separate secure physical locations, to protect against almost all disaster scenarios.
QuickBooks Tip
Employee Self-Help Payroll Setup for QB Desktop

You can invite new employees to fill in their personal information securely when setting them up for payroll. After entering name and state where employee lives and works, you can invite employees to enter personal details including bank account information for direct deposit processing. When payroll setup is launched each employee’s setup status will be displayed. You will then have ability to review before accepting the information provided.

Are you still using time sheets? Have you thought about using QuickBooks Time? We can help.
