Spotlight on Volunteers Who Think Outside the Box!
We are so grateful that here at My Sister’s Closet we have 40-some dedicated heroes who commit to specific volunteer shifts on any given day, six days a week. By and large, their efforts focus on doing whatever is necessary to breathe new life into thousands of donations of pre-loved women’s clothing, shoes, jewelry, and accessories, and readying them for display and sale in our beautiful boutique.
This month we’d like to additionally thank and applaud some of these volunteers for their resourcefulness in coming up with awesome behind-the-scenes ways to support My Sister’s Closet! For instance, Sandy Rickert and her sister, Linda Smith, are the creative duo responsible for those beautiful, hand-made greeting cards you see by our register at My Sister’s Closet. All proceeds from the sales of their beautiful cards directly fund Bloom’s mission.
