Registration:

• If the player or coach registered in Fall 2023, they do not need to re-register for Spring 2024 (Fall + following Spring is one combined season).
• Returning players/coaches will stay on the same teams, unless a change is requested. If you request to change teams, there wil be a $21 new uniform charge.
• New players/siblings can be registered at any time under your current household.

Uniform Pick up

• Kids who participated in Fall 2023 will wear the same uniforms for Spring 2024. If lost/damanged, a new one can be purchased from the office in April.
• Coaches of brand new teams will pick up uniforms for everyone registered to their team by the Coach's meeting. They will distribute uniforms at practice.
• If your coach does NOT have your child's uniform, you can pick it up from the office in April (exact dates TBD).

Schedules

• Coaches will reach out and begin practice the first or second week of April.
• You can check your child's team assignment at any time in Demosphere (website or app).
• Don't panic if:
• You don't hear from your coach before then.
• Your child isn't assigned a team yet - we are still hearing from coaches and trying to find the right fit for each child!
• Games will run every Saturday, April 13th - June 1st (with a break over Memorial Day weekend).
• Game schedules will be posted by April 1st once teams are finalized.

Referees

• There is an ongoing referee shortage across soccer clubs nation-wide.
• If you or your child are interested in becoming a referee, please see here for next steps.
• See our game format document and the "Sportsmanship" section of our coaching document so you have a good understanding of the rules in case your child's game does not have a referee this season.
• Please note, instead of four 10 minute quarters, we are implementing two 20 minute halves for Tiny Tots - Kindergarten. Coaches can agree to shorten the halves if players need more breaks.
• If you see a referee on your child's field who has a yellow whistle and lanyard ring, please be EXTRA patient with them - this indicates they are brand new and still learning!!

Coaching

• Please complete a volunteer registration if you are interested in coaching your child. Once done, you can complete the background check and online trainings required by the state. See this document for more information.
• New this season: the background reimbursement process will be via Zelle. Send Hailey the phone number associated with your Zelle account.
