New doxercalciferol standing order goes live Monday, April 22nd

The new doxercalciferol standing order will "Go Live" on Monday, April 22nd, 2024. Doxercalciferol is the new IV vitamin D agent that will replace paricalcitol for in-center HD patients.

Northwest Kidney Centers has recently entered into an agreement with Neway Labs for our patient and staff laboratory services. We will no longer be using Ascend Laboratories as of June 3, 2024.
