The ideal candidate will at least have 3 years experience as DOSM in similar size city hotel with a proven track record of results. Will have previous Asian and International Chain experience and a strong Corporate sales background.
Will have a clear understanding of revenue management techniques, outstanding selling and negotiation skills, will be able to find and develop new potential business sources for specific markets. 
Candidate will have excellent presentation and communication skills, a high level of flexibility and ability to work under pressure. Dynamic, hands-on, results oriented, motivated, confident, well presented, willing to travel and having good leadership.

Hot Job of the Month : Director of Sales (Vietnamese)
Our Client is a 4* International Chain Hotel with 100+ Rooms and 4 F&B outlets in Northern Vietnam.
Selected candidate will work closely with the Area Director of Sales & Marketing and the corporate revenue team in formulating strategies to optimize sales and revenues. 
The ideal candidate will at least have 2 years experience in similar #1 sales position or 2 years experience as #2 in 5* international chain hotels. The candidate will have a strong understanding of the hospitality market in Vietnam with a high level of English communication skills.
An active person with outgoing personality, positive attitude, strong leadership, team player, able to work under high pressure. Goal orientated, self-driven and capable of developing emerging markets.
This role reports to General Manager and Area Director of Sales & Marketing.

A challenging role in Jakarta in a 5* hotel with 300+ rooms belonging to an international chain.
The right candidate will not only be a good Controller, but also a strategic thinker and problem solver, a decision maker with great analytical skills.  
The ideal candidate will at least have 3 years experience as DOF in a 5 star international chain environment of similar size. Overseas experience not a must, but a definite plus. 
Candidate will be fully comfortable with all aspects of the department including but not limited to tax, annual budget, capital planning, weekly and daily forecast, monthly P&L statements, balance sheet, reconciliations, audit compliance, cost control, performance review meetings.
