MonmouthCares Launches Specialized Care Coordination Services for Problematic Sexual Behavior

MonmouthCares has been designated to participate in New Jersey’s initiative in response to Problematic Sexual Behavior (PSB). Beginning May 1st, 2024, Specialized Care Coordination (SCC) Services will be available to families to address occurrences involving children under the age of 16.

Kiwanis Club of Asbury Park Partners with Covenant House to Support Vulnerable Youth

The Kiwanis Club of Asbury Park has announced a significant partnership with Covenant House Asbury Park, focusing on aiding children and youth in need, particularly those facing homelessness and trafficking.

MCPO Launching Three Mental Health Initiatives With Community Partner

The Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office marked the official launch of three community-based initiatives intended to promote mental health services countywide with a ceremony in Freehold on Friday, timed to coincide with the start of May’s Mental Health Awareness Month.

Monmouth County Park System Creative Arts Festival 2024

This festival features a variety of fine artists and artisans, as well as live music by some of the best local musicians. This is a great event for the whole family. Free activities and artist demonstrations throughout the day. The event will also feature three food trucks. Admission and parking are free.

Monmouth Mental Health Community Fair

Hackensack Meridian's Mental Health Fair in Neptune is free to the public. It will include food, music, and showcase Jersey Shore University Medical Center’s mental health services. The event will provide more than 20 community resources focused on assisting all residents of Monmouth County.

A Free Grief Support & Mental Wellness Event. Talk with local mental health partners providing valuable grief support and mental wellness resources. iCan Shine Lincroft Bike Camp

The goal of iCan Bike Lincroft annual one week long camp is to teach individuals with disabilities to ride a conventional two-wheel bicycle and become lifelong independent riders. We use adapted bicycles, a specialized instructional program, and trained staff to accomplish this goal.

Bayshore Family Success Center Girls Group and Boys Club

Introducing the Bayshore Family Success Center Girls Group and Boys Club! The girls' group is open to girls ages 10-15. The boys' club is open to boys ages 4-9. Each group will meet to discuss topics relevant to their age. Registration is required.


Monmouth ACTS Navigation System - 732-683-8959

The Warm Line serves as one point of entry for residents to be connected to any human service provider in the County, without needing to make multiple calls. Available Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM.


Monmouth ACTS in My Community is a new initiative that places representatives from the Monmouth County Department of Human Services (DHS) directly in the offices of local nonprofit organizations and agencies that are spread across the County – meaning help is always nearby.
