Calling all potential mixer hosts
Chamber soliciting interest of mixer hosts
We are in the early stages of planning to hold our monthly networking mixers in person. Based on recent guidance from the California Department of Public Health, outdoor social gatherings of 100 people are permitted to resume as of April 15, 2021.

If you have any interest in hosting an in-person networking mixer for the Chamber in 2021, please email Susie.

Benefits of hosting a mixer:
  • Showcase and feature your business to Chamber members
  • Have your company logo and information on all event promotions, including online, email blasts to membership and all social media platforms
  • Highlight your business in the Chamber’s Business Connection newsletters, print and electronic

The Chamber looks forward to hearing from you and connecting in person when we are able to.
Pleasanton 2025 Forum
Open to everyone in the community
Every second Wednesday of the month at 7:30 a.m., the Chamber brings stakeholders together to focus community resources, time and talent to achieve greater understanding of issues, obstacles and opportunities related to Pleasanton 2025: A Community Vision.

For the April 2025 Forum, our guest speaker is Michele Hodge, Sr. Director, Global Real Estate & Facilities for 10x Genomics. Michele is leading the effort to build a new 10x Genomics headquarters at 1701 Springdale Avenue in Pleasanton. This will be a great opportunity to see the plans for their 381,000 square foot project. Zoom Meeting Link.
The Row House Pleasanton and Corporate eWaste Solutions are partnering to celebrate Earth Day as they host a Free Electronic Waste Event on Saturday, April 17, 2021 from 9:00 a.m. to 12 noon.

Does your home or office have unwanted desktops, laptops, or other electronic parts (cords, mice, keyboards) that need to be thrown away? This is a great time to recycle your E-Waste responsibly.

We are also supporting the Tech for Good program. If you have any laptops at home or office that you'd like to donate, Corporate eWaste Solutions will refurbish and distribute to low-income families in the community.
In April 2021, residents and businesses throughout Pleasanton will switch from PG&E’s electricity generation service to East Bay Community Energy’s (EBCE) by default. While PG&E will continue to send you the bill and manage the poles and wires, EBCE will choose where your electricity is generated.

How clean is EBCE’s electricity? Will I keep my same electric rate? The answer to these questions and many, many more are available now. Check out ebce.org/welcome for this information or contact us.
