Back to School Picnic & School Supply Drop Off

Bring your school supplies and meet your teachers on August 29th. After visiting your classroom, head to the cafeteria to mingle with other families, enjoy a meal provided by PTO, and visit the many school information tables including NEW after school programs, theater, CYO and PTO. Make sure to support HT by shopping our Spirit Wear to show your HT pride!

Kona Ice will be here selling snowcones for $5-$7 (cash or card accepted)

Back to School Parent Packet -

Please Complete by Sept. 1st.

Before school starts please update your Alma "Back to School Packet" for your child(ren). This includes required safety contact, medical and emergency information, Family Handbook, and other critical updates for our school year.

Instructions:

Login to your Alma portal (use button below)
Click on "Alma Start Forms and Tasks" (this shows up under the orange circle with your student's initials)
A new page opens - Select "2024-2025 Back to School Packet"
Complete and Submit - you will have to click Submit 2 times

Thank you volunteers

We had a great crew of people working at school this summer - projects included painting our lobby & downstairs hallway, helping classroom teachers organize classrooms, playground refurbishment, and keeping the uniform closet organized. We still have some tasks to get done between now and the start of school. Sign up to help if you are available before school starts.

Dinner night out

Thank you for supporting last week’s Dinner Night out at Chick-fil-A! It was our best one so far raising $468 which will support PTO.

Share hours

This year families will log their required sharehours in a new system called Track it Forward. The system lets the school and PTO send out invitations to volunteer opportunities. Families log their own hours in a system that is free from advertisements.

We will welcome our faculty and staff back on campus next week as we prepare for a fabulous 2024-2025 school year.

Announcing the 2024-25 season for Holy Trinity Drama

There will be three after-school productions this year:

- Fall Musical: *Into the Woods* for 4th-8th graders

- Winter Play: *The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe* for 3rd-8th graders

- Spring Musical: *Beauty & the Beast* for all grades

These productions have fees and offer roles both on stage and behind the scenes.

*NEW* The Junior Thespian Club will help students develop their acting skills and take on leadership roles in the HT drama program. It meets every other Thursday after school throughout the year.
