The MyMolina and Healthy You debit card may be used at more than 31,000 stores across the United States for OTC, food, and produce if available and approved on the member's plan. If the member’s plan has an allowance for dental or transportation, the cards can also be used for these services throughout the U.S.*

Urgently needed services are provided to treat a non-emergency, unforeseen medical illness, injury, or condition that requires immediate medical care but given the circumstances, it is not possible to obtain services from network providers.

Worldwide coverage includes emergency or urgently needed care, emergency ambulance transportation from the scene of an emergency to the nearest medical treatment facility, and for post-stabilization care.
