NATIONAL RECONCILIATION WEEK

The City of Mitcham proudly supports National Reconciliation Week every year from 27 May to 3 June. These dates commemorate two significant milestones in the reconciliation journey - the successful 1967 referendum, and the High Court Mabo decision respectively. This year's theme is Now More Than Ever, and the City of Mitcham is hosting Learn about Kaurna with Uncle Tamaru at Pasadena Community Centre, a screening of the powerful film, Three Names, one woman: Kunyi's story at Tiwu Kumangka, and more. Visit the City of Mitcham's National Reconciliation Week events page for more information.
