STAFF PICKS!

Lola in the Mirror

by Trent Dalton

This is an irresistible read - a nameless girl yearning for her dreams in a spellbinding tale of hope and longing. I shed tears of joy and sorrow, especially when I finished reading this beautiful book! - Kath

PLACE HOLD

The Museum of Failures

by Thrity Umrigar

At the core of this beautifully written novel is the destructive power of family secrets and the redemptive force of forgive-ness. Its evocative title is ascribed to the city of Mumbai by this story's main character, Remy Wadia. Happily, Thrity Umrigar has written several novels as I shall certainly read more! - Lesley

PLACE HOLD

Snowy Mountains Dawn

by Alissa Callen

This is a charming, heartwarming, and a feel-good rural Australian story about love and healing. It was lovely to return to Bundilla and hear about familiar characters from previous stories. It's no. 4 in the Bundilla series but can be read independently. Also available as an ebook on Libby - Doris
