STAFF PICKS!

How to be remembered

by Michael Thompson

An excellent first novel about a boy who is completely forgotten by the world on the same day each year. Engaging characters, with themes of resilience, determination, trust and working out what is really important to us.

- Amanda

PLACE HOLD

Sunshine through the rain by Penelope Janu

Primrose Cartwright loves animals and is a country vet in her hometown of Ballimore. Prim is very close to her two sisters and only trusts them after the traumatic upbringing they had. Another lovely romance by Penelope Janu - her books are a breath of fresh air and this one is no different. - Doris

The woman in me

by Britney Spears

Told with honesty, humour, and an unflinching directness, this revealing account of Britney Spears' life lifts the curtain on her complex childhood and rise to fame. It explores her toxic relationship with the tabloids, her family, and details her suffocating conservatorship - this is a must read for Britney fans.
