Welcome to Mindful March, the next chapter in our year-long introduction to BLESSisms. Once again, we will be posting a new Mindful Blessism every day of the month.

This month's content is all about finding the strength to transform post-traumatic stress and anxiety into growth and resilience. It’s been a traumatic couple of years for everyone, especially for those suffering from post-traumatic stress or anxiety so that is why we love this first Blessism for Adaptability so much.

Taking a moment to bless everything you might be struggling with, can help you learn, and change and grow and most of all adapt. This Blessism is also a great one to practice to help you live in the present moment.
