BODY BALANCE:According to Dr. Mark Hyman, doing these breathing exercises five times a day will reduce stress. Take a deep slow breath into your belly, to the count of five, then breathe out slowly to the count of five. Repeat 5 times.

Breathe in thru your nose and out from your mouth. If you have aches or pains, direct the breath to the painful area and breathe out pain.
