    WELLNESS FROM THE INSIDE OUT

THE TIME OF YOUR LIFE

The sun enters DECEMBER at 10 Sagittarius, a Mutable Fire sign. Sagittarius is ruled by Jupiter and is in charge of the Hips and Thighs. In 2016-2017 there were many  who had hip replacements, when Saturn was in Sagittarius.  These fire signs are freedom loving, optimistic, humorous, traveling and hate to be fenced in. Their affirmation is "I PERCEIVE".

Dec 3 Hannukah
Dec 6 Mercury goes Direct
Dec 7 New Moon 15 Sag
Dec 21 WINTER SOLSTICE
Dec 21 Sun enters Capricorn
Dec 25 Christmas
Dec 31 New Year's Eve

We are ending  another year.  As always, the shortest day of the year is December 21st - the Winter Solstice. On December 21 the sun goes into Capricorn, and we prepare, like bears, to hibernate for the winter.  Winter time is an inward and sensitive period. Nature is in its resting season and we are doing the same. We will stay home more, dress warmly and eat warming foods.
In Chinese medicine, the highlighted organs for this season are the kidneys and the bladder.  Take care of them by drinking warm water, soups and teas to make sure the body lets go of its fluid waste.

MIND: MENTAL CLUES

Colette B aron-Reid, psychic, writer, and medium writes about a spiritual phenomena called cledon. These are spiritual messages delivered in mysterious ways.  I like the words "MENTAL CLUES".

Clues help move us along and add another dimension to our spiritual journey. Whether it is a conversation, we are in, or dreams, meditations, movies, songs, the information is perfectly timed.

Pay attention.  Clues come in various and mysterious ways.  Some people get repeating numbers, or repetitive symbols showing up. I get double digit master number clues. Clues let us know we are guided and on the correct path.

Spirit knows what's going on. Spirit is around to help us manifest our best life experiences. Remember Spirit is always communicating with you and sending clues.  You can turn a deaf ear or be watchful for clues along the way.

BODY: KEEP WARM

When cold weather strikes a chilling blow, it makes sense to consume healthy, warming, concentrated foods. Dark orange vegetables such as sweet potatoes, winter squash, and carrots provide warmth.

Include other grounding roots such as onions and potatoes.  Other warming foods include arugula, mustard greens, and watercress.

Culinary herbs that help us feel warmer and improve circulation include: Black Pepper, Cardamom, Cayenne, Cinnamon, Garlic, Ginger, and Horseradish . Use  the warming culinary herbs to spice up your food and teas to  promote warmth throughout the body.

Also wear warm clothes, take warm baths, use a heater or even a heating pad.

SPIRIT:   IN THE ABSENCE OF LIGHT

At this holiday time, the external light on the earth has decreased. This period is a perfect opportunity to have inner illuminating experiences.

Even if you have a busy schedule, take time to stop, breathe, go inside, reflect and find the inner light of your consciousness.  This is a time of potential renewal for everyone who travels inward for divine healing.

Our new improved self is getting ready to greet the new year.
