Regrets weigh you down and hold you back. Since everything is a learning experience - no doubt it was supposed to happen that way. There is always a next time, to handle a similar situation better. Move on. Replace regrets with acceptance and knowledge. Enjoy the present and look to the future.

1. Sit down, breathe slowly, relax and go into meditation
2. Ask what is keeping you stuck in old emotional reactions.
3. Ask for knowledge and resolution.
4. Breathe energetically and visually into the 2nd Chakra and belly.
5. Intend to live in the present moment, without being a slave to your past unconscious emotional reactions.
6. When finished, and calmer, awaken gently.
