Mid Beach Sewer Rehabilitation Project - 41 Street

Start Date: Monday, June 10, 2024

What's Happening

The City of Miami Beach contractor, Vortex Companies, is currently performing rehabilitation work on the gravity sanitary sewer pipes and manholes that service Mid Beach.

A sewer-grade lining will be installed on the inside of the existing sewer pipes to create an internal pipe that extends the useful life of the sewers to ensure proper functionality of the sewer system in the area. The work is intended to take place through the access sewer manholes.

The City will be performing manhole rehabilitation on the manholes at 41 Street.

This initiative is one part of the overall action plan aimed at improving water quality throughout Mid Beach. To learn more please visit www.mbrisingabove.com/waterquality.
