Our Free Little Food Pantries are Always in Need of Replenishment

Messiah’s collection spots for our food pantries are now located in the Narthex. (The public pantry is now relocated for 24hr access on the West side of the building) The pantries are getting a lot of use lately and are currently running low on food. Donations can simply be placed in the cabinets whenever you are at the Messiah building. Non-perishables, snacks, easy to open foods, toiletries and bottled drinks are all needed. Volunteers are always needed to transfer food from the collection cabinets to the outdoor pantry on a regular basis.

Lutheran World Relief Kit Collections - School & Baby Care Kits - Deadline September 12 - Place donations in specially marked boxes in Church Lobby

The Messiah Shares group and the Messiah Lutheran Women's group are currently collecting items to include in kits to send to Lutheran World Relief. Complete lists of what is needed can be found at the display in the Narthex. Volunteers will be assembling kits on Messiah Share Day, September 14. For more details, please contact Kelly Baker.
